Ivy Sea Online does not collect information other than what you provide to us in your general inquiries to us, and/or as an Ivy Sea VIP Member, PDF kit purchaser, or Ivy SeaZine recipient so that we might fulfill your VIP Membership or PDF Store order, respond to your inquiry, or serve you as our client or customer.

Our online-merchant and Ivy SeaZine email-list vendors - PayPal and ListCast/Slingshot - are established, reputable vendors who also publish strict privacy policies in this regard. Both allow you to change your profiles or other information at any time, and you can at any time update us at Ivy Sea so that we may note such changes in our files, as appropriate. If you have any specific concerns about their policies, you may contact them directly.

We at Ivy Sea do not sell your contact information to any third party, or otherwise knowingly provide the contact information you choose to share with us (email, address, name, etc.) to any third party that is not affiliated with Ivy Sea Online or Ivy Sea, Inc.

We have not installed or coded any "hidden cookies" at Ivy Sea Online to secretly collect information from you or from your computer outside of that which you choose to share with us, or that our ISP collects for the usual general-purpose site-visit statistics.

Though we can't be responsible for the activities of third parties, e.g. people or organizations outside of Ivy Sea and outside of any Ivy Sea control or influence, we would not knowingly support activities that violate commonly accepted rules about the collection and use of sensitive information, etc. If a situation were to occur, we would do our best reply to your inquiries within a reasonable period, and get to the root of it to the extent of our capabilities.

Basically, we believe that third-parties who violate the terms of civil and ethical enterprise by dishonestly and surreptitiously collecting information, spamming, phishing, sliming, spoofing, etc. create a lot of frustration, expense, and wasted time for all of us.
