If you've seen the Austin Powers movies, you may remember when Austin awakens to find that he's lost his 'mojo' -- his magic, his unique Divine essence and thus his true gift and source of power in the world. And, of course, the world needs it!

Healing Magic might seem a strange title for a newsletter that includes work and business topics, yet healing magic is precisely what's called for, and what's available to us, from a multitude of Wisdom Wells.

You see, many of us -- individually and organizationally -- have lost our 'mojo', and have to reclaim and re-embody it. As with Austin, the world needs that essence, that 'mojo'!

We've drawn heavily from the analytical, the linear, and the rational during the Industrial and Information Ages, and some wonderful things have been created during that time. Much has been devalued and thrown out of balance, too, and imbalance always seeks to right itself.

The great opportunity of our time -- the Great Work that is calling, inviting, and in some cases kidnapping and dragging us into it -- is an Age of Wisdom, where we address imbalances through a remembering, an embodying, and an expressing of the amazing and magical capacities that have for too long been repressed, set aside, and left dormant or under-developed.

Healing Magic also speaks of this deep Well of Wisdom -- and joy, and a sense of the magical -- from which we can draw new inspiration, new energy, new insight and joy to bring into our personal practices, our work, and our organizations.

We stand at the threshold of great change; there is a great transformation underway. And so we stand, too, in the doorway of new possibility, greater potentials that can lead to renewal of that which has been spent and exhausted, and of that joy, inspiration, and potential that is yearning to be expressed through us!

While things can often seem heavy, complex, and fearsome, there is also wonder, joy, magic, and possibility just waiting for us to notice it. And notice it we must.
