If you're at a crossroads, starting something new, emerging from the 'Dark Night of the Soul', or reeling from unexpected changes, you found your way to the right place.
Since I leapt into the great adventure of "self-created employment" in late 1992, I've launched new endeavors, evolved existing ones, and surfed A LOT of big-time changes and deeper transformation along the way.
Over the years as I walked peaks, valleys, and in-between times, I learned (at least) four things:
(1) An authentic, heart-felt vision is a powerful ally;
(2) The quality of our conditioned programming, believes, and 'old habits' strongly affect our communication, relationships, and what we experience. It's an 'inside out' job after all, and there are helpful tools and practices that ease the way.

(3) Communication matters ... hugely. Skillful, conscious-communication — inside and out -- makes an amazing and positive difference, and relies on #1 and 2 above.
(4) Sometimes we're just in a 'deconstruction cycle' or an 'in between' zone — like a garden in Autumn or the caterpillar in its cocoon — and these are both unique territories with their own rules, maps, and opportunities.
Weaving these all together, I work with change agents, transformation artists, and mindful and/or sustainable enterprise creators to help elevate communication and navigate big changes, shifts, and transformation.
'Inside out' practices support a heart-and-soul aligned vision, which in turn help to navigate change or transformation, and elevate 'normal communication' to extraordinary, skillful communication.
When a consultation project calls for it, I join forces to collaborate with some very talented Ivy Sea peeps.
Given my own rockin' experiences with change, transformation, and being at various crossroads, I have a particular affinity for being a 'Partner in Change' and Lantern-Holder for people in just those circumstances — because not everyone has journeyed through the Underworld or 'dark forest' and come out the other side to tell about it (the Return can be more challenging than the Descent!).
