| Since 1992, we at Ivy Sea® have explored and experimented with conscious, collaborative, transformative, "new era" ways of working and contributing our best intentions and gifts to the world.
We've pushed the envelope, walked at the far horizon, succeeded wildly at times, and have fallen to our knees here and there. Along the way, we've experienced and learned quite a bit, and we're delighted to share from our work, research, writings, and experiences. We've created organizations and authored books, and advised Fortune 500 firms, solo-entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders in the intricacies of the new consciousness approach to mindful communication, transformation, right livelihood, conscious business, and change-management. After having solopreneured, and then built a traditional "brick-and-mortar" staffed consulting firm, we arrived at the current Ivy Sea collaboration circle — an intentional community of very talented, like-spirited, self-employed individuals and humane and human-scale enterprises that reflects our fifteen-plus-year journey into the possibilities of what work and business might be. We are personally committed to... Ivy Sea collaborator-circle members are committed to conscious enterprise, engaged spirituality and/or philosophy, inspired transformation, visionary leadership, skillful communication, creative problem-solving, integrity, honesty and excellence. We feel a deep connection between our individual spiritual or philosophical values and the work we do in the world (and how we connect with others to do that work), and we strive to embody and 'engage' those values in our lives and work. We believe that individuals have an impact on a group or organization, and organizations have an impact on their community and world, and that impact should be conscious, ethical, meaningful, humane, and life-affirming. When we look at the current reality of business and livelihood, we wholeheartedly believe that greater things are possible than what most of us have been taught or have learned to settle for or default to. We endeavor individually and collaboratively to co-create with and support one another, and help our clients, readers, or colleagues unveil and unlock their highest potential, and enjoy the journey along the way.
