| Times are shifting. The stark realities of how our harmful practices and self-imprisoning and violence-perpetuating belief systems are bursting everywhere into our awareness.
At the same time, we also have a greater sense of our possibilities and opportunities, individually and collectively. Destiny, or higher purpose and potentials, beckon. We can release or transform that which harms, limits, and binds us to destructive patterns; and embrace and foster beliefs, patterns, practices, and actions that contribute to a healthier, and more whole, experience here on Planet Earth in a way that benefits all. In most Wisdom traditions, there are teachings — complete with stories and examples of the very real effects — that speak to how cultivating Wisdom and taking Wisdom-guided action can literally alter your experience. The future is 'written in stone' only if you stay on the exact course you're currently on. As the saying goes, "If you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always gotten." However, your choices and thus your outcomes — or your perception or experience of them — can be shifted.
